Metropolis is inspired by hustle and bustle of reef life. Taking inspiration from all types of water environments, this is playful depiction of life underwater, the way most people would like to think of it, when they close their eyes and dream.
Lost in China - an original watercolour on heavyweight rag paper, framed.
As the title suggests, this painting is based on a detailed depiction of the wildlife in China which takes the viewer into a slightly surreal and dreamlike world with pandas, playful monkeys, peonies and golden pheasants.
Chameleons - an original watercolour on heavyweight rag paper, framed.
A bright and fun composition depicting chameleons on the hunt for crickets, surrounded by succulents and other exotic plants where colour and camouflage play such an important part in their everyday existence.
Chameleons are one of my favourite animals. They are so quirky, distinctive and a joy to paint.
After the Hunt

Majestic rays create shadows as they swim up to the waters edge.
In this painting, all my favourites, from turtles to hermit crabs, are waiting to be found. This playful piece celebrates the wonders and diversity of our waters.
